The stress involved just about killed me for this episode and, of course, I will never, ever, EVER want to subject myself to that sort of thing ever again. Ever. “Do not want” being the operative phrase, however. “Will not do” is not an option given that the next couple of episodes have been planned already. Oy. Time for a cup of tea and a lie down. Games are just not made for gamers anymore. Now anyone who has working hands and a partially working brain can play them. It’s like the US’s falling educational standards; they are? getting worse with every generation, and competently smart people are now an endangered species.
The first games I played were Super Mario World, Sonic 3, Mario Kart 64, and Super Mario 64.
I remember actually growing up around Mega Man, Pokemon, Kirby, and Klonoa, since my older sister was a Gamer, and I picked up the interest from her pretty quick, so I suppose I literally grew up gaming. I should count myself lucky for that one.

@DragonJedi0 AMEN we made it. we played the final fantacys the origionl red and blue pokemon we were the people who owend the nes and snes without use gameing would have died 15 years ago

You know back when Gamers were social outcasts, I loved it. It made me feel like I was part of something. Now these “Casuals” are threatening our world. The Wii, Kinect, and Move are trying to bring gaming to the rest of the family, but like 6:11 says, that is what makes a Gamer.
I hate how the industry is trying to make it seem like Gamers should welcome the Casuals, but they are NOT gamers.
Besides, without the TRUE Gamers, the industry would be nothing! WE built it, WE can destroy it!
ahhh… I remember my early days of gaming, excitebike, double dragon, teenage mutant ninja turtles ( I always thought that the one with the top down map w/ the side scrolling levels was harder than the arcade port). Those were the days that real gamers were born. And yes, we were outcasts then, but now games are “flashy”, filled with eye candy, when in those days a flashy looking game was something like super mario bros 3 or contra.
